A bit about me

I'm currently working as a Front-end Web Developer at Valraiso in Lyon. My work there revolves mainly around developing new websites for French Ski Schools (esf) and other clients in the same field.

I'm also working on open source projects, such as simple-bar (and its derivated tools) and sereval other projects such as VSCode themes that you can find on my GitHub. If you want to support me, you can do so on my GitHub sponsors page or you can donate to a charity of your choice and let me know about it.

I code mainly in vanilla Javascript and in React with Next.js. I'm experienced with modern CSS and SCSS. I'm used to work with huge fleets of projects so automation with shell scripts (and now zx) is a must for me.

Work-study contract during my last school year during which I first worked with Play Framework.

During the second half of my contract, I helped replacing all our dependencies on jQuery with vanilla Javascript then join the effort in transitioning to more modern technologies such as React and Next.js.

Another end of year internship. I worked with Play Framework, HTML, CSS & Javascript in order to develop a whole range of websites for the esf (French Ski School).

I also provided our customers with live support and formations on all used tools. These tasks allowed me to have a better understanding of the core of their business and also created proximity with people working on the field.

My first real world professional experience as an end of year internship. I was introduced to front-end development with HTML, CSS, jQuery & Bootstrap. I started small and learnt the Javascript scripting basics by working on refreshing the internal user feedback tool interface.

A bit of back-end work with a custom server-side language named XPX.
